Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to require a deposit in order to secure your clinic time. To avoid penalties, any cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance for received a full credit for another service with a duration of 6 months. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full service cost. This cancellation policy applies to all bookings, including LOYALTY package sessions, lesson coupons, discounted sessions, group custom sessions, and manual bookings. Deposits are refundable only in the event of weather-related cancellations or if the cancellation is initiated by our coaching staff for individual or group clinics held at outdoor facilities.
